Katherine M. Hardy was born and raised in St. Francois County. She grew up assisting her father, Dr. Stanton L. Hardy, in his medical office located in Desloge, Missouri, and always knew she wanted to help people with problems. After serving internships at the Majority Floor Leaders Office at the Missouri State Capitol and later United States Congress in Washington D.C., Katherine pursued her legal degree. Katherine went to Mississippi School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate. Fifteen years ago she opened her own law practice here in St. Francois County. “I enjoy serving the people of this area where my own family has lived and worked for over seven generations.”
Tracy White is new to the legal field. She attended Hickey College for Paralegal Studies, graduating at the top of her class with a perfect 4.0 GPA. In the past Tracy has worked in the healthcare field and now acts as Katherine Hardy's Social Security Paralegal, while assisting Brenda Eckhoff with other areas of practive.
Brenda Eckhoff has been in the legal field since 1982. She previously worked for Brunson Hollingsworth and Partrica Riehl until Patricia Riehl became Judge for Jefferson County in 2003. She began working for Katherine Hardy in 2003 and has worked in the legal field for 27 years assisting in jury trials, criminal cases, domestic cases and probate cases . Brenda currently serves as office manager.
